Prayers needed for my Niece please......LadyLuck

Hello USM;

My Niece, Christa, took a fall down a flight of stairs two weeks ago. Twenty five concrete stairs in a pair of high heels. In the beginning they said she had some bad bruising and a sprained ankle and was sent home with some crutches and pain medications. Two days later Christa stopped breathing and was rushed by ambulance back to the hospital. Her lungs had stopped working and her kidneys had shut down. She was hooked up to life support. A serious infection had set in in her leg causing blood poisoning and infection down into the bone.

They operated on her leg and were able to scrape some of the infection away and that seemed to help for a bit, but now the infection is back full force. I have pics, but I will not post them here as they are far too graphic. Let's just say it is a horrible mess....all from a fall down the stairs. Christa may lose her leg, or worse, her life, if they cannot get this infection under control.

Please PLEASE pray, chant, whatever it is you do for my Niece. We all love her so much and I am sooo scared for her.
