I HAVE A COMPUTER QUESTION.

Hi. i have a computer question...

how do you find out how much memory is left on a computer with the operating system being windows xp professional? I am interested in finding out how much of both my vertual and my actual memory is still available for usage. anybody out here on the USM website who can help me out i would be greatly happy for your help!

Date: 2/1/2004 9:40:00 PM  From Authorid: 38849    Sure thing, to see the amount of memory used/available in Windows XP you need to press CTRL-ALT-DELETE. Go to the performance tab of task manager(the window that opens). And all the information from CPU usage, to memory usage, etc is listed there. Some of the definitions of the entries is at this link from Microsoft.
