Author's Note- This part takes place one week after the last part, part 4, and whatever happened between then is explained right here. Again, I'm sorry it took so long.
***One Week Later***
A plan has been made. A plan to take out the murderer once and for all. After all the confessions made by the police officers, the head of the Police Department called the CIA, and reported that a murderous unicorn is on the loose. The CIA decided, after carefully examining the case, that it would be best not to tell the people about it, but only to say that the mass murderer would be caught soon. With that said, the CIA went to work in order to destroy the killer.
This is the plan: Sheriff Jackson would be out in the woods, alone, with the blood of a dead person spilled over him. This would attract the unicorn, and nearby, agents, helicopters, and other field agents of the CIA would be hiding with the latest high-tech guns and equipment. They had discovered that the unicorn lurks in the shadows, and half of its body might be made out of shadows, so they would first fire an ultra bright light at the creature. After it would've been stunned, the agents would fire all their firepower at the monster, and hopefully, they're plan would work. Among the technology there were electric wires, ice darts, and flamethrowers, as backup. Jackson had volunteered for the bait, since his best friend had been killed, so after a week's worth of planning, everything was set. They were ready for action.
***Two days after the plan***
On the local headlines were the words, "Mass Murderer of Over Ten People Caught!" Below was the entire article, and it said that the CIA had reported that the killer, a local man in his 40's, had killed so many people because, apparently, he was homeless and went crazy. It also said that the CIA didn't give out the person's name because of "safety purposes."
What really happened was that the plan had worked successfully. When the unicorn had been lured out, they stunned it with the light, used the electrical wires to stun it even further and keep it in place, then unleashed all the other weapons' ammunition onto the unicorn. Afterwards, they discovered that it had been shot dead, so they just mutilated it and buried it exactly 500 feet deep, at the exact same spot where the battle took place. That was the end of the whole story, and the people of that town never had to worry again about getting killed by a unicorn.
The End
