Can someone explain this to me?

I'll be going to a concert in late-December, I want to get the tickets now, to make sure I get good seats. The place where the convert is being held, is a few hours drive from here, so I've never even been there before, and I don't know how this works lol.

On the list of prices, and where which ticket aera is, the most espensive ones (Which I'm guessing are the best seats) say "General admission floor/Standing room only". Well,since I'm an idiot lol, I'm a bit confused, STANDING room? What do they mean by that? Do you have to stand through the entire concert? I looked at the seating chart (Which wasn't much help) and the "Standing room" is right infront of the stage. So would it be best to get the Standing Room tickets? lol

And also, on the seating chart, for cocernts it gave you the choice of "end stage" and "Half house" Anyone know if theres a specific one they use? lol
