Haven’t had spectrum service for a week

Ok so here is everything that’s been going on with us and spectrum.

So we haven’t have spectrum service since last week. We bought a rug and had to disconnect the tv and move it. We did that, put the rug in and put back and reconnected the tv. Well when we did that the cable, home phone and internet stopped working. We called spectrum and they came out and looked and rewired the cable. They said the way it was connected wasn’t up to code and how they do it since February 2020. After rewiring the cable they came and told us they could connect our service. Their excuse was that it was energized and that it was acting as a ground (the guy that was at the house says he got a little shocked though his glove). They said we needed to call the power company. We did and they said we needed an electrician. So we have had no luck with an electrician. One came and didn’t do much and two canceled on us. One finally came on Monday and actually tested each plug and wire we had. After he was all done he said that nothing seems wrong that the issue could be with spectrum’s equipment. He said we need both him and spectrum at the house to figure out what’s going on. See spectrum is now saying it’s an electrical problem and they can’t touch it. The electrician says It could be a spectrum issue. So Friday we have both spectrum and the electrician coming. Hopefully we can finally fix this and get our spectrum service back up and running. But with this I’m kind of done with spectrum. I wanna switch to another company.

We finally had to go get a indoor TV antenna so we can at least see the news.
