I suppose spirit/totem animals exist, apparently.

So basically, I would encounter quick glimpses of a giant cat that appeared to be a lynx, usually when I am near death (and I do not want to talk about the situations because they are very personal and traumatic.) During the quick glances that I did manage to steal of the cat, it is either grinning widely, or has a serious expression. I had a dream recently that emphasized there are two cats. One is a bobcat, another a lynx cat. I completely forgot about the existence of bobcats.

I did some research and learning about these animals as spirit guides was very eerie because these particular guides matches my personality perfectly. This is how I learned that I apparently have a lynx cat and bobcat as spirit guides.

Usually people see their spirit animal in dreams, but most of the time it is simply a dream and not actually genuine. Or they see an animal constantly and assume all "GASP! MY SPIRIT ANIMAL!" when really it is just an animal passing through that happens to live there. Mine just popped up while I was fully awake, probably because they knew my dreams are always useless to me.

I felt like sharing all this.

As a person of science that did not even give this subject any sort of attention, you can imagine how shocked I was.
