Date: 3/15/2001 12:35:00 AM  From Authorid: 8941    Mix one bag of choc. chips and one bag of butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt. Stir in one can of potato sticks and one cup of salted peanuts. Drop onto wax paper to cool. Not everyone likes these and a little goes a long way.
Date: 3/15/2001 5:54:00 AM  From Authorid: 15228    Cut bacon slices into one third size pieces, wrap around *little smokie links* and secure with toothpicks. Cover with brown sugar and let set at room temperature 12 hours. Bake 1 hour in slow oven at 300 degrees. Serve with cheese and crackers.

Date: 3/15/2001 9:29:00 PM  From Authorid: 8941    that sounds good too! Here's another. These, I can eat dozens by myself...they are so addicting. Slice jalepenos in half, and scrape the seeds out. Rinse. (They won't be hot if you get all the seeds and membrane) Fill with cream cheese. This part is optional...you can wrap it in bacon. Now, depending on time, you can cook these in the microwave or the oven, until the pepper is tender. I love these things!!
Date: 3/15/2001 9:32:00 PM  From Authorid: 8941    Okay, here is another, for when you need a chocolate fix. They are quick. Mix 2 cups of sugar, 1 stick (or half a cup) of margarine, 1/2 cup of milk, and 5 Tablespoons of cocoa in a pan. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp. vanilla, 3 cups of quick oats, and 1/2 cup of peanut butter, either kind. Drop them on waxed paper, or a lightly buttered pan and let set. YUM
