To Sur5r: Should I establish Contact?

Last time I asked you a question re mediation and a person that I saw. You said that the person that I saw was a brother or a family member from my past that he crossed over to be near me or my soul? I could have sworn the touch that I felt on on my arm was by a female. Anyway, should I establish contact with him? How would I do it? I think its beautiful and comforting that someone is trying to reach me from the other side. I was never close to any of my siblings on this side. Thanks again for your responses.
