Is anyone going to South Padre Island, TX for Spring Break? In case you are there is something you should know. There was an ordinance that passed banning open contianers of alcoholic beverages from a 12-block area along the island's main strip. according to South Padre Island Mayor Ed Cyganiewicz, signs will be posted notifying pedestrains of the new rule. I know that USMers are responsible people. Just passing this info so you and your friends can be aware of this ordinance.
