Hello Again.
I've been experiencing some unusual things while meditating. Two incidents occurred to me. One of them spooked me a little bit. This happened to me on Sunday. I felt someone touch the length of my left arm. The second thing was that I saw a quick picture of man with long black hair and a beard. It was hard to pinpoint his age or which century he was from.
