Fear or Something else?

Hello. I have a fear about city driving. I do not know if you could call it a fear but the traffic, multi-lanes, one ways, and left turn lanes scare me! I don't why I feel this way. Is this fear? Or do I have a mental disablilty because I notice that I have problems with directions. I need to know so that i can overcome this and I don't have to depend on others. Anything would help and really be appreciated. Thank-you for your time. AuthorId #17506
