Things can be difficult to understand
The expressions of the heart confusing
With feelings that are hard to sort through
When answers to questions words do not bring
The cleansing of the heart, mind and soul
Can allow the spirit again to be set free
A period of sadness must first be faced
During the ridding of all that is within thee
The time is now, accept the sadness that falls
Feel the spirit soaring, as confusion is cast away
Moving effortlessly, a new life it begins to take on
Now answers to questions will be less difficult to say
