Okay, I found these ridiculous laws. Every state seems to have them, but since I'm from Nebraska, I decided I'd share with ya some of the stupid laws we have in this wonderful state. In Nebraska:
1. If a child burps during church, the parents may be arrested.
2. It is illegal to go whale fishing. ( HUH?? Like WHERE!!)
3. A bar owner can't sell beer unless he is simultaneously brewing a kettle of soup
4. A mother can't give her daughter a perm without a state license.
I laughed out loud about that whale fishing one. Many of the other states have really dumb laws too. Maybe I'll post some more later!!
