~*Hey, All!*~ I was just wondering...do you think Valentine's Day is a really heart-felt holiday, or do you think that it's all too commercial?

Date: 2/14/2001 8:33:00 AM    I think it's phony. Celebrate love on another day, and it will mean more.
Date: 2/14/2001 8:42:00 AM  From Authorid: 19405    I think it's what u make it!! It is very commercialised but it's really about being with the one you love. I don't like Valentine's Day cos I don't have a special person to share it with!
Date: 2/14/2001 8:52:00 AM  From Authorid: 3538    I think it is a sweet day!!I think sometimes it is a bit over the edge, though.I mean there is a LOT of things at the stores to buy for V-Day.But,overall,it is a nice day!
Date: 2/14/2001 9:05:00 AM  From Authorid: 10773    I think it's way too commercial. To me, there's no need for it. Well, except for the assorted chocolates ^_^.
Date: 2/14/2001 9:24:00 AM  From Authorid: 14754    Every Holiday Is Commercialized..But I Do Love Valentines Day...Soooo Sweet...~Tweeti~
Date: 2/14/2001 3:57:00 PM  From Authorid: 5940    I feel that like any holiday, it's all too commercial. Why not give a gift, or express yourself, without having a date on a calendar reminding you to do so?
Date: 2/14/2001 7:11:00 PM  From Authorid: 8428    lol its defenitely a hallmark holiday hehe.
Date: 2/14/2001 7:35:00 PM  From Authorid: 15228    YAAWNNNN is my opinion, especially after 13 years of marriage!!! I can tell my husband thinks he's going to get lucky tonight though, because he's putting away the laundry (his idea of foreplay)....
Date: 2/15/2001 7:17:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 15358    *lmao*@The above author! That's so funny! Well, I really appreciate all of your comments. ~*SLSB*~
Date: 2/15/2001 1:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 27678    I think it is a Catholic holiday with its roots in the Lupercalia pagan feast celebrated in ancient history on February 8. Also, I read once that the Lupercalia was a feast for Nimrod who had slept with his mother. Gross!!!!! I don't keep it and as a matter of fact, my husband and I had an argument yesterday and I think it was because it was Valentine's Day, an unnatural day for us, anyway. P.S. Admin, pleasssssse, don't consider this a slam against anyone, o.k?
Date: 2/17/2001 5:33:00 PM  From Authorid: 4144    it's really no big deal to me.
Date: 3/6/2001 10:09:00 AM  From Authorid: 29210    I think Valentine's Day is more of a torture to those who have no one. Sure, maybe its too comercial, but its even worse for people with no one to love. ~Creator of Dreams
