Don't freak out, but there is a famous story from a letter that Abraham Lincoln had written to an aquantance relating a dream he had. He dreamt that he was standing in a room in the White House and saw a casket with a soldier stationed dutifully nearby. "Who passed away?" Abraham asked the soldier. "Why,you don't know" the man replied in surpise. "It's the president". Lincoln, out of curiosity and some sense of unease looked into the open casket... only to see himself there. Several days after this dream, he was shot and killed by the infamous assasin Jonh Wilks Boothe. Interesting story. It's a true story and very well documented. ~hmmmm... this isn't helping you any, is it? -I don't think you're going to die. Sorry if the story freaked you out at all. Didn't mean to.  |

being since i have the most morbid dreams of anyone i ever know or have ever met, i can only say, not to worry. you wont be in a casket. something just letting you know that you are trapped and your are trying to break free...so you dont die inside. very rarely do things happen the way our dreams percieve. i can tell ya that for sure. hugs,  |

I dont want to be pessimistic and say 'oh yes this will happen' because I too dream about my own death (mainly being shot) for many years....but perhaps the 'breaking out of the casket' is something in 'life' you're trying to break out of...away from...like a dead relationship or a bad habit....hugs |
