Her name was Kelly. Lond dark hair, blue eyes, and a laugh I could never forget.(and she made sure I didn't)It was a school day that I never attended. Being a little rebel, I skipped it again. This was about 3 months after Kelly's death. She died after routine thyroid sergery. Anyway, me and my cousin Amanda were driving with one of her friend back to the school so he could drop us off. While we were driving I had a feeling that we were going to get into some kind of accident.(some people now think I am a medium)Sure enough, on 8th ave and 52nd street in Calgary, Alberta.(Forest Lawn area) I could hear gravel turning under the tires of the car and I was jolted from my left side. We were T-Boned in the middle of the intersection. Amanda was knocked un-consious with her head leaning against the passenger side window, her right ear was resting on the seatbelt. Dave, (the driver)had his head tilted back and his nose and mouth were bleeding. While I was trying to catch my breath between tears...I faintly heard Kelly's laugh. As if she was in the car with us. I asked Dave if he heard it but he just complained about how much his face hurt. He said" I thought it was you being a smart-ass because we doubted youre little prediction." After that I knew I wasn't hearing things. Amanda still wasn't waking up. Dave and I tried everything. Just as the police and paramedics were pulling up. She lifted her head. Well, the way it was lifted didn't seem right. It was like someone was helping her lift it.Because her eyes didn't open until her head was completely up-right, and she had no trouble lifting it at all. No waking daze, no nothing. It was like it didn't even happen. Then as I was giving my statement to the police, I saw Kelly. I know it was her. She had the same Jacket, the same long dark hair, and the same kind of walk. She was walking away from us. Any real human would be standing there trying to see what happened.(like everyone else)But not her. I know it was her, she didn't even look back once. I turned away once looked back she was still there, but the second time I looked back, she was no where to be seen. I just know it was her. How it changed my life:I sometimes have these dreams that I am walking on a ray of light. It's gold, and she is on each side of the light making sure that I dont fall off. That tells me I got a new gardian angel.
