Grandma

This is my first poem ever written i wrote it in the wee hours of the morning this morning. Let me know what you think. I wrote this after i found out that my grandma died yesterday. I couldn't sleep because of it and because of a cold. anyway tell me what you think.

Today a wonderful woman died.
She touched so much in her long life,
and she will be forever missed.
Although I cry for myself I know she is in a better place.
She is with those who left us before.
Some called her Mom or Grammy all called her friend.
But she has all touched our hearts with her kindness and love.
The world is not the same now that she's gone.
And even though I'm sad for myself.
I know she's in a better place and is out of,
sicknesses grasp.
So whenever I get sad that she is gone.
I think about that and although I'm sad for me.
I'm thankful that she is alright now.
