HIV was introduced to humans by 1) consuming the brains of monkeys who were effected AND 2) having unatural realtions with infected animals. The introduction to the US was through one flight attendent for Hati.There is no government conspiricy here.  |

I'm not really sure. As far as I knew, AIDS came from South Africa in the jungle areas and was a disease that was carried by monkeys. It entered the states in the early 1970's and then spread when it got here.  |

I know that it originated in Africa...with the monkeys and all...but that doen't mean that someone couldn't have obtained the virus and used it to test subjects and ended up spreading the disease. This is a very controversial topic. I would hope we do not have a government that corrupt...but the truth is no one really knows...so until then I am reserving my judgement...but it is alright to talk about it since it is on so many peoples minds. -Lily of the Valley |

I hope they would be trying to find cures for Aids, cancer, etc instead of trying to create any deadly virus or uncurable disease.....why would anyone want to eat monkey brains....I saw they do that on a movie called "Faces of death" & I know my stomach could not handle it......but in this day & age anything is possible.....Sugar Bear  |

I wonder too if that story about the monkies is true, after all they have been doing things like that with monkeys for who knows how long and all of a sudden, BHAM! the monkies have AIDS? Something ain't quit right with this. What, did the monkies say, "Ok, its alright for over-sexed heterosuxuals to have sex with us and eat our brains but boy are you GAYS gonna catch hell!" Makes me wonder....  |

All i know is, that it seems alittle questionable with this disease and that it seemed to have taken it's toll in only a small amount of time. I think it can be very possible, and it seems as if the government is in great concern over cure, so maybe not, i guess the truth comes out in the right time.  |
