Well none of us can tell you what to do. What you do is your choice. My guess is and your gonna hate me for this, but parents do what they think is best for their kids. SO maybe there is a reason that your dad didn't want you too together......I'd ask him. Just remember that you have to live with your parents and you'll always be their daughter, other loves will come to you in time, even one that they strongly approve of! -Becky  |

OK, I'm sorry I don't really have any advice for you about your parents, because they are the parents and they rule the roost. As for you telling him how you feel, Its gunna take alot of guts to do so. Most people are shy when it comes to telling others about those warm, fuzzy feelings they have for them. why dont u write him a letter, that way you wont be embarrassed looking at him or talking to him in person. have a friend drop the letter off. i feel it is better to convey deep thoughts into writting anyway, that way you r not interupted as you think about what u want to say
