just answered this a few ago, what you need to do is get some books on meditaion and practce. Devote toime toi it EVERYDAY! You really have to be into meditation, then it can take years to get really good, good enough to be able to do OBE's. You have to be patient with yourself, and be willing to work and practice  |

read through our OBE section i think it would answer any question you may have..Its very helpful..i lurk there a lot LOL..Also if you run a search engine i know there are lots of other sites out there with info on it..Good luck with your search..80)  |
