My 8 year old and The 6th since

I am a single mother of two,After a nasty divorce from a 15 yr. maraige,I have coustady of my two children,My son was 3 at the time of the divorce and has always been afraid of being alone in a room, I thought it was because my husband left, and he was afraid of my leaveing too, Where now almost 5 years later, just last night to be exact,My son told me the truth. I was talking to a friend on the computer I haven't seen in a while and my son, who just turned 8-5 days ago, came running out of his room as he always does but this time he grabbed ahold of me, and hugged me for dear life. I asked him what was wrong and he first said "nothing I just love you mommy" then a few seconds later he tells me that he thinks he needs glasses or something. He then tells me he always see's things that aren't there.Shadows and things, then desides as he always does that he doesn't want to talk about it. Later at bed time he tells me he has to tell me something important and begins his story to me. He told me ever since he was 3-4 or so he has seen dead people,or ghosts,only when he is alone in one of our rooms.Last night he saw a man in ragged clothes in the doorway of his room, his face was all burned and he was just watching him, He then told me he jumped up and ran out past the man after an angel made the man get out of the way. My mom passed away in Sept.after a long battle with Cancer,and a tough fight to live,she didn't want to die and faught death right to her last breath.My son said it was Grammy who made the man leave,and that he see's god all the time and angels,he told me thats why he he's been so scared, but only see's these things when he is alone by himself in our house.Our house is only 20 years old and we've owned it for about 16 years,It is strange that at one point we rented the house for a year to 2 seporate couples who only lasted a few months each and both couples split up in this house,when we moved back,not long after, my husband and I split up. I thought that the house was a bad omon.But its always seemed like this house is keeping (me) here,not letting me leave it. I have had my own experiences here when sometimes I would think bad thoughts of my Ex husband and what he did to our family,Or just bad things about people who have hurt me in my life, and then things would happen,like pictures would fall off the wall for no reason,doors would bang shut,something would fall off a shelf...I would think about people and they would call or just come over minutes later... People will come into the store where I work and I will know exactly what they want and I blow them away! People will call and I will answer the phone "Hello Matt" I do not have caller ID either.It would be Matt.My mom was the same way, but My son has these visions that won't go away and I don't know how to help him, I have accepted my own abilitys that are just once and awhile, but his are frightning to him and to myself I don't know what to do, or know who to talk to who won't think I am crazy! Any ideas? I know this is happening and my son isn't lieing to me,I saw the 6th since movie and it seems to be about my son. I also saw this man who talks to the dead On TV,I really don't know what to beleive. Can people talk to the dead.My son doesn't talk to them only see's them,will he grow out of it he is only 8 and terrified.

I am now very confused and the secret that was my son's is now on my sholders,I have accepted my own, but don't know what to think about my son now, I used to have my mother to talk about these things to because she was a beleiver, and had the same abilitys as myself on occation.But now I am totally confused and my son has seen alot of ghosts and he see's angels,and people who have been hurt, and maybe killed and see's god he told me, and has been keeping this inside for way too long.I don't know what to do, I feel like I am in Limbo here.
