Sarah D. ![]() yours back soon. My work begins again next week, so I'll be busy as a bee from then until November. I was amazed when I found how much folk made babysitting pets. We get a sitter for our dog, occasionally. He doesn't really like the water, so we don't bring him with us when we fish. We are only gone for four to five hours, so we mostly leave him at home. "L.D." (the dog) probably sleeps around 18 hrs a day. I wish I could sleep that much. I think that life seemed not so complicated when I was younger. One things for sure though: Change is inevitable. Take care of you and write on..... ![]() |

I can relate with you on simpler times and a slower pace. I , like yourself, don't have cable television but fo have internet for Roku, Tubi, etc. I tend to watch older movies an d t.v. Shows I grew up with that aren't in your face or extremely crazy...I don't even watch the News because it's all about money and ratings rather than facts and reason. But economic situations tend to change our lifestyle/ living conditions and back in early 1980 I had to move back home with for awhile because of the job market when Reagan became president. Hang in there and keep looking for positive changes! ![]() |
