HOW TO END DRUG CARTEL’S

I was involved with combating Drug Trafficking / Human Trafficking / Illegal Fire Arms & Explosives for 11 years working Undercover on the Streets for various Law-Enforcement Agencies across the Nation..

During those 11 years I made Undercover buys of Drugs / Illegal Fire Arms & Explosives while Wired for Sound … I been involved with 3 Volunteer Task Forces to combat Human Trafficking..

One of my Investigations lasted 3 years resulting in 27 arrest’s of High Value Drug Dealers & their Suppliers facing 101 charges..

In that Investigation I wore a Wire 110 times..

I have testified in Court in Jury Trials & never lost a case..

This is what I have learned when it comes to the Drug Cartel’s :

The CIA / the DEA & the FBI have a presence in the Drug Cartel’s Territories & have a lot of Intel to who the Players are in Country..

The Drug Cartel’s from 2006 to 2022 are responsible for 350,000 to 400,000 Deaths…

Its estimated that the Drug Cartel’s are responsible for over 60,000 Missing People..

Drug Cartels have no fear in their Country & they will Murder Law-Enforcement / Prosecutors & Judges that Dare to Charge them…

It has been reported that from 2006 to 2010 / 12,456 Cartel Members were killed..

From 2006 to 2009 / 121,199 Cartel Members were Detained..

From 2006 to 2010 / 8,500 Cartel Members Convicted…

These numbers need to be up-dated to 2024…

I have a plan that would be Justified in the World Court when a Country is being Targeted by groups like the Drug Cartel’s..

In my eyes & experience to Combat the Drug Cartel’s you must classify the Cartel’s as Terrorist Organizations …

This can be clearly Justified when your speaking just about the Death’s..

In those 16 recorded years 2006 to 2022 the Drug Cartel’s road to Death out numbers all other Terrorist Organizations in the World ever related to Causing Deaths..

Then when you add in the Cartel’s Drug Trafficking / Human Trafficking / the sale of illegal Weapons / Kidnappings / Targeted Murders & Murders for Hire go’s why beyond any RICO Statue or any other Gang related activity Statue’s..

The Cartel’s direct their Business to the United States & its Borders is more evidence to Justify declaring them as an Terrorist Organization…

It would be Justified & use the Laws that cover these issues concerning Terrorist Organizations Activities..

The Drug Cartel’s must be treated as the most Dangerous Group around for they have no Fear…

You must apply the same rules that you would with any other Terrorist Target…

You must use all of your resources to hunt down your Target’s..

Its no secret who the Cartel Leaders are & their Under-Bosses..

The first rule take out the Cartel’s leadership & its interstructure…

Use Drones to take out the Target’s like you have involving other Terrorist Target’s..

This will disrupt their supply chain routes limiting the amount of Drugs getting into the United States for years…

The longer it takes the Cartel’s to re-group the more power they lose & some Drug Relationships will change slowing down the Drug flow into our Country even more..

When the Drug Cartel’s re-group you go at them again with more force…

There will be a hesitation on who would want to be the Cartel’s leader after that..

When it comes to Terrorist Organizations you cant play a Controlled War …

Use every resource possible to shut down these Drug Cartel’s using the Laws of hunting down a Terrorist Target…
