Well...You heard the question. Are you smarter than a chicken? "L.D."---Of course. I'm smart enough to catch them and eat them. kronk---You need to quit that. "The Mayor" is demanding $37.50 to replace the two hens that you ate. He said they were brooding stock and the cornerstone of his backyard chicken concept. "L.D."---Chicken concept? That is about the most ragged gang of mixed breed poultry that I've ever seen. I actually did him a favor by taking the two I did. The "Jersey Giant" was a dwarf and the "Leghorn" hadn't laid an egg in three years. kronk---Yeah, well, whatever. Who do we know in British Columbia? "L.D."---You have a cousin that lives in "Chilliwack." I think his name is "Lee Moe?" kronk---I don't care much for him. I tried mooching a meal off him, once. "L.D."---So? What'd he do; turn you away? kronk---No. He served me cat. "L.D."---Ugh! kronk--- |

Hey Larry The thing about laying an egg on Saturday was shear genius. kronk---I agree. That comment was pretty slick. I sorta' wish I'd have said it first. "L.D."---Right on! Practice makes perfect. The best defense is a strong offence. kronk---That's pretty heavy, dog. Where'd that come from. "L.D."---Robert E. Lee kronk---Cool, dog! Gives the folks a rebel yell! "L.D."---Bow Wow, baby. |
