Kentucky Bluebird Talk about windy weather. We had some pretty high winds down here, also. Weather report also issued a "low water" warning in the coastal marshes. The Captain and I have been wanting to go out and bring in some of our crab pots, but have been foiled by the near gale force winds of the last few days. Today, the wind changed direction and we took off for the marshes. The water was so shallow that we barely made it in and out of our fishing area, but we did make it there and back with a load of traps. Our dog, "L.D." doesn't like going out in the boat at all. He is definitely a land animal. He loves people, but can't tolerate other animals. Stay warm, my friend. Write on..... |

Kronk; be safe out there bringing in Your Traps, catch—-it’s just simply dangerous with the winds and the cold temps we all seem to be having——-my dogs are male and female, same with my sweet rescues as well, but with their “disagreements” lol it could be because both females are Alpha females and they are still trying to set their Place in the pack order—-and they aren’t small dogs themselves, they’re a Pitty & the other female rescue a Terrier and possibly Australian shepherd——very loving—-but none will tolerate a strange dog trying to visit——Great to read Your reply —stay Safe——T/C |
