These Winter Winds……Blue~

Good evening dear Angels;

Hope my posting finds all doing very well—-I’m doing ok here—-came back inside about a couple hours ago warming up After being out feeding.. The Winter winds send a chill through you like nothing—-though I was dressed warm, my feet were very cold when I came inside…. Left feed for the deer, rabbits & the birds.. it’s usually the last feed I pour after taking care of my dogs, chickens, etc Chief meteorologist Spencer Adkins in my viewing area, had discussed these wild winds—-gusts up to 55 mph that’s tough! I attempted to put a baby gate on the side of one of my rocking chairs & a Sherpa blanket in front of that draping it over the side to at least block some of the wind from 2 of my Big Pups that stay on my porch until Spring…I’m hoping to have them a custom kennel built with a run attached to it—— For whatever reason, they won’t go inside Kaden’s doghouse, even though it would be warmer for them—-they fight so much it’s unreal.. But I separate them, they grieve—-they will fight over their food, fight whose going to sleep on the soft blankets I picked up for them lol These are Big dogs, half Rottweiler the other half Anatolian Shepherd——Yet, they behave like big babies lol

This past Fall, I had to have some waterlines repaired, new installed, due to another company at fault…their behaviour unacceptable & the employees that were with the plumbing company—-I didn’t feel comfortable with them either—-they even tried to make off with a large roll of plastic I purchased at Lowe’s only a few weeks prior, with the intention of using it to cover and winterising my windows—-but when they saw my dogs & how protective they are, one guy in particular let out an oath, saying he’s one Big dog, and each time he had to go to their van for equipment, he was scared of my dogs——later the same day, their boss showed up at my home in which I found to be quite unusual especially when he stayed in his van with another person who I couldn’t see, but the driver asked me if the dog he saw is the dog he’d been hearing so much about——I thought that comment was strange. I’m just very thankful that I have my dogs, all 4 of them, the other 2 are rescues that followed me home literally :) several years ago….There’s certainly never a dull moment around here—-and they are so much company—-so I guess I do have them a little spoiled….maybe just a little :) I’m hoping & saying a Prayer that we don’t get the really bad weather Spencer ( meteorologist ), had mentioned earlier The cold and this wild wind is difficult enough….. I hope all are staying warm where you are——
