Well, what do you think the facility should be re-purposed as? kronk---Eh? Maybe it should be made into a "city jail?" You can never have too many of those. I mean, you know, dog. Protect the law abiding citizens; fill up the jails with criminals and hire more correctional officers. "L.D."---Might be good for the economy? |

That’s what I thought as well. Certainly, with its past history of being a “ correctional facility “ it’s perfectly suited for detaining members of society that don’t like prison food but can’t seem to abide by the rules. Why do they call it a “ correctional facility “ anyway? The building didn’t break the law. |

...I sort of agree with Kronk and L.D. in that there just aren't enough jails and prisons in the U.S. and it would be extremely beneficial for your economy. If you are all lucky, your favorite president will once again befoul the hallways of the White House and correctional institutions will see exponential rises in popularity. This will be a way of beating the Chinese at their own game by creating those much beloved "Made in America" products by an unending supply of cheap labor supplied by the "vacationers". This will lower costs and create a previously unknown and untapped resource for your betters to milk. They'll do it all for you. |

Hey Larry Amen to that, brother. "Breaking the law" seems to be "the" thing to do, these days. For the life of me, I just can't figure what the big attraction is. "L.D."---Maybe "they" get off knowing that no matter how heinous the crime, somebody will take up for them? kronk---Oh yeah; "due process." |

Hekler "L.D." here: I like the way you roll, dude. kronk---I'm diggin it myself, dog. "L.D."---I believe I'll start working on a documentary. How's this for a title; "A Canadian Expatriate is Gun Barrel City, Texas?" kronk---Dog, it grabs me! "We" could use a man like Hekler. I believe he just may have "True Grit!" "L.D."---I'm hungry. |
