Help on an urban legend called 'The Checkerboard Lady'...

Hello again. Can anyone on USM help me find a story I think was published on here some couple decades back called 'The Checkerboard Lady'? The story is graphic in some spots, despite the fact I swear I found it on here in the mid or late 2000s. Now when I try to Google it, nothing seems to come up. I won't go into details for that reason, for fear of misunderstanding and trouble with USM admins. But if anyone can find me the link to the story or show me it elsewhere, I would greatly appreciate it. It's very akin to Candyman and Bloody Mary as an urban legend dealing with summoning an angry entity. Anywho, what all have you been into lately? Been keeping up with football, as usual. My Fantasy Football record isn't good, but I might be able to win the next and last three games of the regular season. My Panthers are 1-9. The Bengals would be doing much better if their quarterback Joe Burrow hadn't injured his wrist last Thursday night. He's done until 2024. I really hope the Detroit Lions win it all this year. They will have to play the Eagles, and probably the Chiefs or Ravens to get there.

Date: 11/24/2023 7:44:00 AM  From Authorid: 21435    Well, I guess that I won't be trying that "checkerboard with the candles" thing.

"L.D."---Similar to the old "Lady Long Finger" legend, isn't it?

kronk---True, except LLF just dragged you to the river and drowned you.

"L.D."---What do you think; any truth to that legend?

kronk---Are you kidding dog? It is absolutely true. I am one of the few that managed to survive a "Lady Long Finger" assault!

"L.D."---Really? You must have done something extremely bad to attract her attention.

kronk---I'd rather not say.

"L.D."---Come clean, or I will be forced to bite you!

kronk---Ugh! Alright, alright...My buddy, Ty's sister, Pearl was an exibitionist and their bathroom window didn't have any curtains and Ty said for $2.oo I
could_...CENSORED!

"L.D."--- OK, that's enough! I think we get the idea. How did you escape from "Lady Long Finger?"

kronk---Well, the hag was dragging me down the incline, towards the river, when I chanced to lay hands on a seven inch acacia thorn. I managed to drive the thorn
into her left heel, which caused her to release her grip on my foot. I rolled away and ran for the yard, with her in hot pursuit. She was just about to
catch me, again, when our rooster crowed and the sun peeked over the eastern horizon, which caused her to scream bloody murder and dive into the river.

"L.D."---Hummmmm...well, I guess that's a "sort" of a plausible explanation.

kronk---Yeah, that's what I thought, too.

"L.D."---Ugh!
