Down here , further south on the dirt road that’s off the beaten path, they have that kind of Cajun style cooking that you speak of. |

Hekler  The pecan crop outlook appears rather dismal, this year. "We" have been in a pretty severe drought most of the summer and so far in the early fall. This will undoubtedly affect the squirrel crop, as well.  |
