...Hi Bluebird! I'm glad to hear you're doing well and I am so sorry for your loss. I miss the days when family would all join at the dinner table and have a nice meal together. These days, everyone grabs a plate and hides in their own little refuge. We used to have a cruise night here on Tuesdays, five minutes walk away and sponsored by the local Boston Pizza but they went out of business last year and so no more cruise night. I'll miss it. I love the old and classic cars and the muscle cars would always have to let loose as they departed. Hoping your car issue is a minor one. Repair fees have gotten insane. Also looking forward to seeing those pics in the future. |

Hello dear Sara. It's always so good to see you around here. Yes, the fall colors are in abundance here in the Pacific northwest. I have turned my watercolor painting towards pumpkins, squashes and fall leaves. Love taking a white page and splashing color onto it with all the fall colors. So sorry to hear that you lost your brother. It's especially hard to loose those we love so much. Two years ago I lost both my brother's within 5 days of each other. Still tears flow and making sense of things doesn't come. May God be with you Sara. *Hugs* |

Hello Bluebird, welcome back. This past year alone my family has lost three Aunts, one Uncle and one cousin….so I understand how you must be feeling. Time sure has a way of making you appreciate the things we may have taken for granted. When I lived in Arizona, the only way to experience four seasons was to travel north to Flagstaff and such, lol! But where I live now it’s really pretty this time of year. All the best and good health too! |
Date: 10/3/2023 11:47:00 AM From Authorid: 21435 Kentucky Bluebird I really do enjoy the fall of the year. We have a cool front due around the end of this week and I can hardly wait. I've been trying to maintain my vehicles, mostly by watching Do it yourself, You-tube videos. Sometimes it turns out OK and sometimes, I have to bring the parts to a "real mechanic" in a basket. Oh, well. So sorry to hear of your brother's passing, my friend. Take care of you and write on..... |
