Hey Larry I know that Thompson was a mutant, but I just love the way he wrote. "L.D."---You would. kronk---What's that supposed to mean? "L.D."---"Never tempt a person who has a "license to kill" by saying; "Are you going to shoot me?" kronk---Wow, dog! That's bordering on profound! "L.D."---What do you mean, "bordering on?" kronk---Ugh!......Thanks, Hey Larry. |

...This must be the most sincere sounding swill that I have ever read and I've read a lot of Hey Larry's posts. The dog did not pay me to write this glowing review. |

...I want to hear more about the black and brown cow. Could you flesh out a 400 page manuscript and get it to me by Sunday? This has all the magic to become the next 'Barbie' movie. Better make a pot of coffee. |

Hekler What can I say? I am totally humbled. Thank you for your kind words. "L.D."---Hekler...OK, he's gone. My check is in the mail. |

Hekler "L.D." here: I agree 100%! I'll get "him" on that immediately. There is definitely a short story to be had with that "black and brown cow." The cow's name was "Hathor," and she was a gift to me, from kronk, on my 60,000,035 th. birthday. "Hathor" was an Egyptian Longhorn / European Bison, mix and one of the best "hook `em and toss `em" fighting cows that I've ever owned. Yes, I really loved that cow. I won lot's of gold off "Hathor," that's for sure. Unfortunately, I was forced to eat her, during the Planetwide meat shortage of 60,000,030 BC. Oh, well; "easy cow....easy go" kronk---Ugh! |
