Has anyone watched the 2020s Unsolved Mysteries revamp on Netflix?

Have any of you ever watched the Unsolved Mysteries Netflix series that started in 2020, and have made second and third seasons in the past couple years as well? What do you think of them? I really like them for the most part. I kinda wish each episode could be divided into segments of different mysteries like the OG Unsolved Mysteries. But good and thoughtful projects can certainly take time.

One of the episodes I think about all the time would be Season 1 Episode 2: '13 Minutes'. A boy's mom, Patrice Endres, mysteriously vanishes from her hair salon in Georgia. There were numerous suspects, including infamous hiking trail abductor Gary Hilton at one point. Though it was probably murder-for-hire if so, I honestly believe the woman's husband is somehow behind having her killed. His behavior was so strange. They'd been married for 7 years. The dad after the first year became kind of abusive to Patrice's son. He even locked the teenage boy out of the house the day after Patrice (the boy's mother) went missing until her body was discovered 20 months later. The husband changed the locks on his house, and I understand the worry of someone coming after him as well. But to lock the boy out of the house is wrong. Sometime after the Patrice's body was discovered by police, the husband got her ashes put in an urn. He admitted to sleeping with the ashes on occasion. He refuses to let her own son see the ashes to this day. The husband testifies that there's no way he could have been abducting Patrice personally and backs it up by saying he kept his gas station and work receipts, which were time-stamped. He claims it was a good 45-minute drive from where the woman's salon was. Plausible. Helps secure an alibi, if nothing else. But there are other ways he could have had his work cut out for him. There was supposedly the idea of divorce mentioned a couple weeks before Patrice got abducted. Is it possible that her death was part of a much darker and more elaborate setup, particularly on part of the husband? Could he have hired and paid off one of the other suspects to have done the deed? Another suspect named Jeremy Jones initially confessed to kidnapping a hair salonist, but there's not 100% guarantee it was actually Patrice. He even said he threw her off a bridge into a river. This obviously would have raised some eyebrows, even though the body that was eventually found was actually in the woods, and I think much closer to her home. But he later said to the authorities that he actually wasn't behind Patrice's murder. The FBI investigator interviewed even said there have been instances of criminals confessing to a crime, and sometimes eventually redacting their initial confession.

I feel very sorry for Patrice's son obviously. But if you took a guess or applied suspicion to someone, or a motive with all this said, what would your guess be? I believe the root of the motive and who did what lies with the husband, Rob Endres. If you've seen the episode or feel confident enough to give input, I would love to hear it.

How it changed my life:

Mysterious, confusing, sad.
