It was simple : When a State had enough balls to give him a Death Sentence..

He would make a deal to avoid the Death Sentence..

Well folks that hasnt happened yet & we are running out of time for he is 66 years old..

So once again its time for Law-Enforcement to step up for this Child Serial Killer started in Texas..
