Sound Then Duck Down

I'm sorry if this confuses anyone but it confused me also. I think I woke up early this morning and it was a sound that woke me up. I've rolled out of bed before and hit the floor and that was the sound that I heard like something heavy falling. Once I heard this, I looked over to where the sound came from in my room and saw or thought I saw someone duck down like they were standing by my bed and immediately tried to hide. It was really fast and I didn't get a very good look but from what I could tell, it didn't really have facial features and didn't really look like it should have been in this existence. It seemed more like a crosshatch drawing and it didn't have a definite outline. The odd thing is that this didn't register to me as someone being in my room as I sleep alone so no one should have been there with me. However, I heard the sound again and this time, I was facing the opposite direction on the bed and I was really awake. I got up immediately and turned on the light and looked under my bed and everywhere in my room but no one was there. I'm not sure what to make of this but I had a hard time sleeping after that.

It made sleeping difficult after it happened was about all.
