My wonderful father passed away February 16th
For many years he battled heart disease and diabetes. In February 2021 he was rushed to the hospital 'cause he couldn't move, turned out he had and infection on his 3 lumbar due to a fracture. He had 2 surgeries and he slowly started getting better. But then he went into kidney failed so he had to get dialysis 3 times a week. From there his health just started going downhill. He ended up getting both legs amputated on December 2021 and July 2022.
On December 19th '22 he had to get hospitalized again do to breathing difficulties from minor surgery, so he had to get intubated. Once he was discharged on Christmas Day he was very weak and had to stay on oxygen. He was tired and just couldn't handle it anymore so he asked my sister to call my other sister and I on February 12th... and passed in his sleep just 4 days later.
