On this date : 2-5-23 nine staff members are being assigned to the Jason Kautz Case.

TK & Mandy Stout will be the Case Managers with all reports going to Mark.

The Death Is In Question :

On 6-9-2021 Jason Kautz was found dead in his home in Opelousas Louisiana located in St.Landry Parish which he shared with his girlfriend.

There were 4 children home at the time of Jason's Death.

The girlfriend had 3 children that were not Jason's plus his 2 children where one of them wasnt home.

They all left the scene according to the detective report.

Therefore none of them were questioned at the scene they were never questioned afterward.

Jason Kautz Death was Ruled a Suicide by self-inflicted gun shot wound.

There was no gun shot residue [GSR] test done on Mr.Kautz's body or on his girlfriend.

Jason Kautz was taken directly to the funeral home.

No Autopsy was done on Jason Kautz.

The Victims Mother : Shelia Kautz was told three different calibur's of the gun that was the death gun.

First it was a 22 & then a 38 before they settled on a 9mm.

There is conflicting reports of where the bullet entered & where it exited.

We havent seen any photo's of the entrance or exit wound of the bullet.

No investigation was done concerning the circumstances of how the events took place.

An Investigator asked the Victim's Mother if Jason had lifting weights in his bedroom which his Mother had no answer too.

Its our understanding that Jason's relationship with his girlfriend was very rocky with the girlfriend being the abuser toward Jason.

It got so bad that Jason started recording the fights to have proof & document who was being the disruptive party.

Jason's girlfriend has changed her story at least three times of where she was located when she heard the gun shot.

Each different story puts her closer to the death scene.

Jason's girlfriend claimed to his Mother that there was a video of the whole thing for they had a video camera in the bedroom. The girlfriend hasnt produced that video footage.

Before Jason's death he was confirming details for a Family Vacation that he had planned.

Mja has death scene photo's & body cam footage which at this time is still being viewed for the quality is very poor.

Even with that being said : At this time the death scene photo's are in question including the posititon of the Jason's body.

At this time we havent seen any evidence that states law enforcement are correct in their findings of the events that took place on 6-9-2021.

There is an absent of evidence of what you should find if you shot yourself in the right temple with an 9mm.

At this time the scene seems to be clean accept where the Victim is laying.

The postition of the Jason's body is in question with one of his arms being under the bed.

Our experts will be writing reports about the death scene & these reports will be sent to all parties involved.

Our Monday E-mails will continue for Jason to Law-Enforcement / Prosecutors & the Media.

Mja will be filing for Public Documents to see what they will release to Mja through their Public Records Division.

Mja looks to have a Final Report on the death scene photo's by3-3-23.

Any work product generated will be copied & sent to our Client.
