Mja started started working on this Case in March 2014 after getting Documents from the Victims Mother Royce Eckley..

Our Client wanted an Investigation into her Son's Death & our Client wanted her Son's Body exhumed..

After 2 years of work sending Public Record's Request making weekly phone calls & sending e-mails to all parties involved our Clients request was granted in May 2016..

Mja & Together We Stand out of California pushed for a National Call To Action concerning Mr.Merritt's Death which took place on 5-25-2016..

The most damaging Evidence that Mr.Merritt died by the hands of another comes from a Flash-Drive from the Louisiana State Police that was turned over to Mja..

This Flash-Drive contained the Louisiana State Police's Investigation into the Death of Marcus Merritt starting in May 2016..

This was 3 years after Mr.Merritt was found dead in his home in Leonville Louisiana..

After their Investigation they still felt the need to have Mr.Merritt's Body exhumed on 6-2-2016..

Mja had the Death Room photo's profiled with Mr.Merritt still in the room by several staff members with over a 100 years of experience of reading Death Room photo's..

One of our Mechanical Engineer's with 36 years of experience & with a Law Degree wrote a report by the Blood Evidence that Mr.Merritts Body had to been staged..

The Blood Evidence doesnt match the Body Position it defeats the Laws of Physics & Gravity with objects in Motion which is impossible..

On 6-2-2016 during the Autopsy conducted on Mr.Merritt tissue samples were taken for a Tox Screen..

Tox screen shows several chemical's in Mr. Merritt's system..

The chemical bi-products were Not caused by embalming fluid but caused by house hold cleaning products..

The Liver tissue showed 400ng of Fentanyl in the Liver & Mr.Merritt was Not a drug user..

This amount showed up after 3 years being buried..

So the question is :

What was the amount at the time of his death ?

Our findings with documented evidence from the Louisiana State Police states as follows : Tox Report :

Its very possible with the chemical bi-products from house hold cleaning products & the Fentanyl that Mr.Merritt was incapacitated during his Death..
