1 tablespoon melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup chopped ham
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, butter, salt and pepper until combined. Stir in the broccoli, ham and cheese. Pour mixture into your pie crust, being careful not to overfill, and bake on a baking sheet, in case of overflow, for 45 to 50 minutes or until the pie is puffed and golden brown on top.
