On 6-13-1965 Elizabeth Ann Gill who was 2 year & 10 months old was Abducted from Cape Girardeau Missouri..

All indications of the Abduction was done by a Gypsy Family Klan who was staying at the Motel directly behind the Gill Family Home..

A Teletype was sent to the Noblesville Indiana Police Department " To Be On The Look Out " : There were descriptions of the Vehicles from the Motel & a descirption of Missing Elizabeth Ann Gill..

The Noblesville Indiana Officer sent the Teletype to Greenfield Indiana Police Department because in the 1960's these Gypsy Klans had a history of selling their " Good 's " at the Greenfield City Park..

Greenfield Police Department sent the Teletype to the Illinois State Police because from their experience this Family Klan was based out of Illinois..

The Illinois State Police pulled over a vehicle that matched one of the descirptions of the vehilces..

There were Adults & a small Female Child in the vehicle : It was said that the people were checked out & let go..

My question is :

How was the Adults checked out ?

In 1965 how did Law-Enforcement in Illinois identify Children during a traffic stop when it was needed ?

This question has never been answered & we have tried everything to get the answer..

How did the Illinoise State Trooper Identify the small Female Child in the vehicle ?

So the question remains :

Was that small Female Child Elizabeth Ann Gill ?

Concerning what Mja knows I would say there is over a 75 percent chance that the small Female Child could have been Elizabeth Ann Gill...

Lets just be real : What are the odd's in 1965 that Law-Enforcement pulls over a vehicle that matches a description & has a small Female Child in the vehicle ?

Could this have been an opportunity that was missed to solve the Case ?

On 6-30-1986 44 year old Ruth Sharon Hoffman went Missing from River Rouge located in Wayne County Michigan...

On the day that Hoffman went Missing she told her Daughter that she had been raped by two men known to her after Hoffman went to a local bar for a job interview..

The 44 year old Hoffman was last seen by her Daughter on that day leaving her residence on foot claiming she needed to take a walk to clear her head..

Hoffman's Family never saw her again...

Ruth Sharon Hoffman was officially reported missing on 7-7-1986..

Records indicate Ruth Hoffman visited a medical clinic on 7-3-1986 just days after she left home...

The 44 year old Hoffman was seen as a new patient..

In April 2007 Mja took on the Case & contacted Law-Enforcement in Monroe County Michigan that the Jane Doe found on 12-26-1986 could be a match for Missing Ruth Sharon Hoffman ..

Mja was told that the measurements for the Jane Doe didnt fit Ruth Sharon Hoffman & the clothing found wouldnt have fit Hoffman..

A Strange Twist To The Case :

Seven years after the 44 year old Hoffman disappeared & on 10-8-1993 a traffic ticket was issued to "Ruth Sharon Russie" in Pennsylvania by State Trooper Walker..

The ticket gives Ruth's birthdate & an address in Belleville Michigan...

The ticket said her drivers license had exspired..

"Ruth Sharon Russie" is one of the names that Ruth Sharon Hoffman used ..

Another Strange Twist To The Case :

On 5-25-2013 on Missing Person's Day it was announced that the Jane Doe located in Monroe County Michigan on 12-26-1986 was in fact Ruth Sharon Hoffman...

Hoffman was identified through DNA ..

Our staff turned out to be correct about the Monroe County Michigan Jane Doe as being Ruth Sharon Hoffman ..

That brings us back to the Medical Records in Michigan on 7-3-1986 & the traffic ticket in PA on 10-8-1993..

Since its a given that it wasnt Ruth Sharon Hoffman known as "Ruth Sharon Russie" that was driving the vehicle & issued the ticket..

The question is :

Who was the Female driving the vehicle that was issued the ticket ?

Also could this unknown Female have used Hoffman's I.D. to seek medical treatment on 7-3-1986 ?

Could these coincidence's have been a missed opportunity to have solved the disappearance of Ruth Sharon Hoffman & her Murder ?

These are the types of things that Investigator's have to deal with concerning several Cases..
