Many thoughts are occurring as I read your poem. The song “Tequila “ by The Champs is the opener. Though I must admit a flashback of Pee-Wee Herman doing his dance routine on a picnic table is only a distraction, however “ I’m Only Dreaming “ by The Beatles seems to add to the landscape. Nevertheless, I like this very much. Why? Because to me I can relate to it. Well done my friend.  |
