Looking For Ideas This Holiday Season?

Yes, I know it’s that time of year again…already… Break out the Perry Como and Bing Crosby Xmas albums cuz it’s here wether you like it or not! Ready? Here we go!

As part of its holiday collection, Miller Lite will be releasing a limited-edition Christmas Tree Keg Stand "perfect for keeping your tree fresh and beer cold," according to a news release.

The "fully functioning" tree stand is designed to fit around a slim quarter-barrel keg that holds 83 12-ounce beers. The stand is compatible with a tree that's up to 5 feet tall and weighs up to 150 pounds with lights and ornaments. The Christmas Tree Keg Stand costs $49.99. The tree and the Miller Lite keg are not included.

And that’s not all……

Remember those Miller Lite 'beernaments' from last year?

The can-holder ornaments will be back. And this year, they've been updated to support a 12-ounce can instead of an eight. The "beernaments" (minus the beer) will be sold in a set of six, which cost $35.50.

Miller Lite has also revamped its signature beer-inspired knitwear line with new seasonal designs. (I know what you’re thinking…what a country, am I right?)

Kevin Beresford - Britain's self-professed 'dullest man' - travelled the length and width of the UK to find the best car parks and compile them into a 2023 calendar.

The 70-year-old spent months travelling the length and width of the country reviewing the car parks on offer from Land’s End to John o’ Groats.

The president of the Car Park Association Society then compiled his 12 favourite ones into a calendar entirely devoted to Britain’s best car parks.

The calendar was only compiled after a 603 mile journey across the nation to discover prime parking spots.

Kevin admitted he could be ‘Britain’s dullest man’ but does think he’s found what may be the best car park - in Birmingham.

The Trinity Street car park in Digbeth, in the city, boasts a cocktail bar along one side and has walls made from crushed cars as it is adorned with street art.

Another of his top picks is the striking art deco Brewer Street car park in London's Soho, which costs a whopping £47.80 to park for four hours.

Elsewhere, Britain's most haunted car park in Culloden, Scotland, where hundreds of people were killed in 1746 during the last major battle on British soil, is also featured.

"L.D."---Ohw..............www

Kronk---Hey Larry Not a bad idea, I suppose, however, what's with this 1/4 keg stuff? The crowd I hang with would finish 83 cans off before they were properly
seated.

"L.D."---Yeah; the mayor's mother could do in a couple dozen, all by herself.

kronk---Merry Christmas!

Date: 11/9/2022 5:54:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 5940    Kronk, L.D., Lite Beer has never been my choice….even when stranded in Death Valley. Besides, Bob Uecker gargles with it. That’s nasty. They chose the wrong items to get my spirit off the couch.

Warren Zevon wrote many a great song. I didn’t appreciate him in my younger days as much as I do now. Lawyers, Guns and money for starters.

I knew that we three had kindred spirits, including a fourth from The Great White North.

Date: 11/11/2022 4:15:00 PM  From Authorid: 21435    Hey Larry I got a telegram from "L.D." yesterday. He took a wrong turn at the border and ended up in "Yellowknife, Northwest Territories." I reminded him that his
mission was to find our missing compadre, and not go traipsing across the Great White North, looking for moose. He replied, "Send more money!" Ugh!
