Minneapolis riots ufo

During the first night of the riots in Minneapolis Minnesota. I was driving into town . As I was driving into town I looked into the sky and seen large bright lights evenly spaced in a large circle . I thought it was spot lights but I noticed as clouds was going by the lights was above the clouds . The clouds was moving these lights stayed stationery. I commented to my friend look at that they looked and said it's helicopters going to Minneapolis. I said no no way they are perfectly spaced not moving at all . At this time we pulled over and got out of the vehicle it was high in the clouds and not moving there was no sound . I tried to take pictures but it wouldn't show up on the phone or in the pictures but you could see it without the phone . We sat there for a long period a few other cars pulled over also to look . We did this for atleast a half hour with no change with what was in the sky other then the clouds passing by . Eventually we had to leave because we was worried due to the riots about getting back into town to where we was going .
