CPS took my granddaughter from me, because this dude that was my ex-boyfriend, and the one that the state had put a restraining order on. I went to get somebody else to help me do something but that dude was not around, so my ex boyfriend decided to jump the car with my granddaughter in it. He said that I'm getting rid of my YouTube premium on Disney Plus from your account.
I said why on earth would you do that to Anna? He said because you are not worth it and some of the words I can't put on here. I couldn't find my phone so I start arguing with him with my window down and somebody called the cops. He went to Joe for being in the car. I lost Anna 3 days later. Aaron knows everybody says it was my fault you went to jail but technically it was his fault.
Because he got my car and started arguing with me I need to know how to prove to the judge that CPS is lying because none of what the Swinney house said is true. That is a homeless shelter by the way, and is where I live. So on top of that they take her and put her next door to me right next door 5 dang feet away and it's really hard.
So my question is how do I prove to the judge that CPS is lying. There's some other stuff like she had dirt dust and hair and poop, she's sick all the time which I got a letter from the doctor saying that's normal for her age, and she's missed tons of daycare which due to the fact that she gets sick a lot because she's in daycare, and due to the fact that my car broke down a few times so my question to all you guys are as how do I prove CPS is lying to get her back. I really really really need my granddaughter back I am not going to go on if I don't get her back so please help me figure this out and also in Washington State there are no grandparents rights.
