6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut cooled sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch rounds and arrange in a 3 quart casserole dish.
Ad butter, sugar, water and salt to a small saucepan and heat to boiling. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often. Pour glaze over sweet potatoes.
