8 ounces hot sausage
12 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Chopped parsley for garnish, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat. Drain excess grease, then set aside a tablespoon of the sausage to use for garnish.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Place ingredients into oven safe dish and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

To get a crustier cheese, place under broiler for the final 1 to 2 minutes.

Garnish with sausage crumbles, cheddar and parley, optional

Serve hot with crackers or chips.
