...if you hadn't supplied names, I would have suspected Cheech and Chong. I've always been a big fan of the way police describe contraband. COPSPEAK: A very sophisticated fuel-pumping system LAYMAN'S TERMINOLOGY: 10' section of garden hose with priming bulb. COPSPEAK: Burglary tools LAYMAN'S TERMINOLOGY: Brick and screwdriver |

Allegedly stole the money = They know they’re guilty but a Judge has to make it official. Person of interest = the person who’s responsible for the crime but a Judge has to make it official. Considered to be armed and dangerous = they are armed and dangerous, don’t wait for a judge to make it official, call the police. |

...these days, "person of interest" equates to any woman that will talk to me. Armed and dangerous means a woman that is not an amputee that will talk to me. |

Hey Larry....A few months ago, I ordered a locking gas cap for my old truck. (Based on your post, I will order another for Mrs. Kronk's car.) My truck is a bomb, for sure, but the thing holds 26 gallons of gasoline. Plenty low-lives, around here, that would take a chance and try and steal $120. dollars worth of anything. "L.D."---Well? Who is responsible? kronk---Never mind. I'm tired of worrying about it all. Hand me another spoonful of that "peanut butter vodka." "L.D."---Ugh? |

Kronk, I once owned an older Chevy truck that came with the standard hood that didn’t need to be opened from inside the cab. Yep, stolen batteries made me by a length of chain and a padlock. I was buying locking gas caps back in the late 70’s for the same reason. |

Hey Larry Back in the early eighties, I had a locking gas cap on my car. So, "The Rolling Stones," came to town and we took off with 1/8 of a tank of gasoline and stopped to buy some. (Yep, I forgot the key to the locking gas cap.) So, I pulled into a lot next to the gas station and proceeded to pry the cap off with a tire tool. (Yep, a policeman pulled up while I was beating on the thing.) He was a cool cat and even helped me get the cap off. I made to the hall in time and "The Stones" tore it up. "L.D."---"PBV" is the best thing sense baby rabbit! |
