...keep the faith CP. It may not be the job of your dreams but aren't employers sorta desperate to hire food service workers these days? Having experience in the field also puts you in a position where you can negotiate a higher wage than what they're going to offer to someone that just walked in off the street. Forget the old manager and start off with a fresh attitude in the new job. |

I am fortunate to have two great supervisors that support their team and my duties are mostly in the kitchen , sometimes I help do dishes and deliver food to patients. I will be 63 in June. The work environment largely depends on how good the management is at support. |
