STRAWBERRY BLUEBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

2 cups whole milk
2 frozen bananas, ripe and sweet
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
8 to 10 frozen strawberries
1 to 2 tablespoons honey, adjust to taste


Layer it all into the blender in the above order and then turn it on. Pour into glasses when it reaches the consistency that you like.


Makes 3 (12-16 ounce) smoothies

...this sounds so good but I'd probably leave the blueberries out. Love my strawberries and bananas.

This is so much different than the treats I had as a child. If we had been good, we could lick the
old paste from curling wallpaper or eat flecks of lead paint off of the radiator. Still, good memories!
