I'm afraid I do not have experience waking up with "6 foot tall mantis type aliens over your bed". I would encourage you to investigate further. Perhaps look into Sleep Paralysis and the impact that can have on a person (e.g. Hallucinations).  |

The reason I ask is because I heard this sound one night upon waking up and it confused me so much that I froze in place as it was such an out of place sound. I suppose it could've been a sound that my mind came up with but it was such an odd sound to hear as my room is usually very quiet with little to no sounds other than my ceiling fan. Weird. |
