Well, you finally breath life in and she won't be back again.
And you finally do not need her in your heart or mind.
You finally turn the page and see the years of wasted days.
To that girl you held for such a long, unnoticed time.
And now you can let her go, that girl from long ago.
You don't know her anymore not that girl you knew before
After such a long time out of thinking she's your friend.
So you take it all in but you don't care where and who she's again.
There the heart grows as cold as what could have been.
What could have been could just be an alibi.
It's the things you missed while wasting al of your time
She won't be coming back you know as wasted years are all your face can show.
But she was a long-lost friend.... like what could have been
You finally can sleep and think of her and never weep.
You had prayed for years that she would just walk out of your mind.
It's just no use to try to imagine no goodbye.
