BACON GREEN BEANS

  Author:  23075  Category:(Household) Created:(10/2/2021 11:35:00 AM)
This post has been Viewed (110 times)

3 (15 ounce) cans green beans, any style, drained
6 slices bacon, each cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 sticks butter
Salt and pepper to taste

In a frying pan, or a medium saucepan, cook bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside, don't drain the grease.

Add onions and garlic to saucepan and saute until translucent.

Add butter.

Open and drain liquid from green beans and add beans to pan along with the bacon.

Cover and stir occasionally until butter has melted and green beans are heated through.

Salt and pepper to taste.
